Building Restoration Corporation is the Midwest’s premier restoration contractor providing added-value masonry corrective cleaning, repair and replacement for brick, block, stone, pre-cast concrete and other masonry materials.

Our experienced team of craftsmen have been diagnosing, correcting and repairing issues in historic buildings, commercial building, and industrial buildings since 1984.  Below is the story of Building Restoration Corporation, and how we rose from a one-man operation to the mid-west’s premier restoration contractor, preserving our regions’ history and architecture one project at a time.

1984 - The Founding

Building Restoration Corporation was founded in 1984 by Dale Zoerb, and he still represents us and guides the company as our president today. Started with nothing more than a pickup and a ladder, Dale took his knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit and, starting with a small team, built BRC into what it is today; the mid-west’s premier building restoration contractor.

The 80's - A Rapid Rise

The 80’s saw BRC expand rapidly. We found a market niche with extreme demand and no supply for it. We found ourselves working on some historic and large projects. From the Court International building to the Basilica of St. Mary’s and the Minneapolis Convention Center, BRC crews rapidly left our mark of quality and speed on the Twin Cities.

The 90's - Hitting Our Stride

The 90’s saw Building Restoration Corporation hit its stride. Combining our initial enthusiasm and innovative spirit with now experienced field crews, we expanded outside of the Twin Cities, becoming Minnesota’s premier restoration company. And setting the standard for all others for the next two decades. To add icing on the cake, we also moved into our current main office location in Roseville, and have called it home ever since.

The 2000's - Regional Dominance

BRC welcomed the new millennium with more work than ever before. With jobs pouring in from Wisconsin, the Dakotas and Iowa, we earned the moniker of “the mid-west’s premier restoration contractor.” We ended the decade with one of our most historically significant projects, restoring the home of Minnesota’s railroad magnate, James J Hill.

The 2010's - Permanent Expansion

The 2010’s saw BRC’s footprint extend even farther, with our founding of permanent offices in both Rochester Minnesota, and Madison, Wisconsin.
